Do I need to create an account to place an order with Mr. CEO Apparel?

An online account is not required to complete an order on www.mrceoapparel. We do, however, recommend creating your account for easy and convenient management of your online orders.

My order status says delivered but I haven't received my package what should I do?

Mr. CEO Apparel will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangement to receive your package. Mr. CEO Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please send an email to mrceo@mrceocollections.com  to file a lost package claim.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, and for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
